Responsibilities
Work with the community management and user support team to act as a liaison to over 20 million international users.
Participate in overseeing user meet-ups, marketing conferences and other evangelism programs.
Execute large-scale communications to users about product releases and other critical updates.
Enthusiastically and courteously respond to user inquiries, problems and feedback using an array of internal support systems and external channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Gather significant user sentiments - via quantitative and qualitative analysis - to help drive decisions on future product and service needs.
Proactively educate users by maintaining and developing our Help Center, and authoring informative blog posts.
Advocate for users.
Ensure accurate user and client engagement records.
Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluency in French, German and English a must; Spanish, Dutch and/or Scandinavian language fluency a BIG plus.
EU citizenship a BIG plus.
BA/BS with a minimum of 2 years experience participating in online communities as a valued participant, moderator and/or community manager, especially at a successful consumer web company.
Some traditional or Internet marketing experience a plus.
Track record of high user/client satisfaction.
Ability to communicate technical information to a diverse audience.
Demonstrable passion for curation-based information discovery models.
Strong familiarity of StumbleUpon's products, and passion for consumer Internet products.
Hands-on familiarity with basic web technologies a big plus.
Positive, self-starting and results-oriented.

Qualifications:
